Ingredients:
For Patties
3 Potatoes, Boiled & Mashed
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
For Ragda
250 gms White Peas
3 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Water
Method:
To make Patties
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything and make a soft dough.
- Make flat balls of the dough.
- Shallow fry the patties on both the sides.
To make Ragda
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add ginger garlic crush, chopped onion, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything well.
- Add cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder & red chilli powder. Saute everything well.
- Add white peas & water.
- Let the ragda simmer for sometime.
- Serve Ragda Patties garnished with chutneys.
